Privacy notice

How Voltity Limited handles personal information collected through this website. Last updated September 2026.

Who we are

Voltity Limited, registration number HE 359436, Ellados Avenue 32, Paphos 8020, Cyprus, is the controller of personal data collected through voltity.com. For any question about this notice or about your data, write to info@voltity.com.cy.

What we collect

We only hold what you choose to send us. If you use the submission form, that is your name, email address, company name, the round and amount you are seeking, a link to your materials, and a short description of what you do. If you email us directly, it is whatever your message contains.

We do not collect personal data from visitors who simply read the site. There is no analytics software, no advertising technology, and no tracking of any kind.

How the submission form works

The form does not send anything by itself. It opens a pre-filled message in your own email application, addressed to info@voltity.com.cy, which you then send yourself. Nothing is posted to a third-party form service, and no submission reaches us unless you choose to send it.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We use what you send to assess the opportunity and to reply to you. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in evaluating investment opportunities and corresponding with those who approach us, and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

How long we keep it

Submissions we do not take forward are deleted within twelve months. Where we proceed to discussions or an investment, we keep the relevant records for as long as the relationship continues and for as long afterwards as Cyprus law requires us to retain them.

Who else sees it

Your message is received by our email provider and read by members of the Voltity team. Our website is hosted by GoDaddy, which processes the technical request logs that any web server produces. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with anyone else unless we are required to by law.

Where it is held

Our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by the safeguards those providers have in place, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. It stores a single value in your browser's session storage so that the opening animation plays once rather than on every page you visit. That value contains no personal information and is discarded when you close the tab.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to our use of it, or ask us to transfer it elsewhere. Write to info@voltity.com.cy and we will respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus at dataprotection.gov.cy.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
